A 75-minute class designed to guide you into profound rest, so your body, mind and emotions can return to balance. This class combines gentle breathwork, restorative yoga postures held in full support and an extended body meditation journey with sound bowl therapy for deep nervous system repair. You will leave feeling calm, centered and at peace - as though you have been on a retreat for hours.
